Colby Freeman leads the Family Law Department of Doyle Quane Freeman. Colby is a Certified Legal Specialist in Family Law.
He has an advanced legal degree in Taxation (LL.M.) and he was named Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Colby specializes in the complicated issues arising out of high asset and high conflict divorce cases including identifying, characterizing and valuing ownership in businesses and
entities, cash flow availability, separate property tracing, and divorce taxation issues.
Colby is married with two children named Mac and Brooke, and a black lab named Molly. He is a huge Oakland A’s fan, but he likes playing baseball with his son and daughter even more.
Having been born in Honolulu, Colby has a deep connection with the Islands and returns to spend time on the beach as often as possible.
